All hardwoods have variations in their color and grain. During the assembly process all bow arm morris furniture is glued and screwed for increased strength and durability, in addition tenon and mortised construction is also used based on the design requirements of your bow arm morris furniture. Each piece of bow arm morris furniture is hand sanded prior to staining.

CUSTOM STAINED

All stains are hand sprayed to assure complete coverage. The stain is then hand rubbed, which results in an even and consistent color while enhancing the beauty of your bow arm morris furniture's unique grain. After a drying period, each piece of bow arm morris furniture is given a coat of sealer, then hand-sanded. This process reduces any raised grain that may have resulted from the sealing process.
